What happens after I enroll?

Successful payment gives you immediate access to the course platform, templates, resources and job-search tools. Schedule one-on-one coaching with Anthony through your account; appointment times depend on availability.

Does access end when I get a job?

No. Course and coaching access have no fixed expiration, including after you find work. The first year is the guarantee assessment period, not a service expiration date.

How are the weekly requirements measured?

A compliant week includes three applications and live telephone conversations with three distinct professional contacts, accurately logged in the platform. Both requirements must be met in that week. Voicemails, attempted calls and written messages do not count. Complete Monday–Sunday weeks begin after course completion; partial weeks at either end of the first year are excluded.

Can I recover from missed weeks?

Yes. You need to meet both targets in at least 75% of all eligible weeks by your first anniversary. Falling below 75% earlier does not permanently disqualify you. Completing the course within 30 days remains mandatory. Finalized weekly records do not change with later entries or edits.

What job outcome counts?

Accepting a paid medical-device-sales role, including an associate role, ends refund eligibility regardless of how you found it. Unrelated work does not count. If the employer withdraws the offer before you start, tell us so we can reassess your eligibility.

How do I request a refund?

If you satisfy the conditions and have no qualifying accepted offer at the end of your first year, email anthony@medsalescoach.com within 30 days after your anniversary. We review claims within 15 business days and initiate approved refunds within another 10 business days. Bank posting time is additional. Purchases are otherwise non-refundable, except as required by law.

What happens to my access after a refund?

An approved full guarantee refund ends course and coaching access. Losing guarantee eligibility alone does not end access.

Do I need a consultation before purchasing?

No consultation or application approval is required for the standard program. If you would like to talk through whether it is right for you, book a consultation with Anthony.
